BOOKING TERMS
All bookings are held in good faith to the arrival and departure date listed in this reservation, at the rate specified in AUD dollars, including GST and is based on twin share accommodation unless otherwise stipulated. To confirm reservations either current valid credit card details are required, or an approved purchase order. If the reservation is not confirmed with one of these, your booking may be cancelled within 24 hours of arrival without notice.
CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 24 hours of arrival time. If no arrival time is specified, it is deemed by 6pm of that day. Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
FORCE MAJEURE
Very occasionally, in circumstances of ‘force majeure’ as defined in the clause below, we may have to cancel your booking. We will tell you as soon as possible, and offer you an alternative or a full refund. We regret we cannot pay compensation or any reimbursement of any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such cancellation or change.
North Gregory Hotel cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your holiday) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
UPON ARRIVAL
All guest details and valid card details are to be confirmed on arrival and payment made in full before a room key is provided. By taking a key, each guest accepts the terms and conditions of the hotel.
PAYMENT OF RESERVATION
North Gregory Hotel accepts MasterCard and Visa cards. On arrival we require full payment for your stay and your credit card on file for incidentals. Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received, banked and cleared 10 days prior to arrival as a full prepaid amount.
CHILD POLICY
One child up to 12 years of age sharing a room with an adult and not requiring a rollaway bed will be accommodated free of charge. The extra child charge will apply to any additional children (4-12 years of age) whether or not a rollaway bed is required. Extra child charge is $10.00 per night.
RATES VALIDITY
All rates quoted are per room per night, based on twin share accommodation, including GST, and are subject to availability, unless otherwise stipulated. North Gregory Hotel reserves the right to amend these rates without notice. Please confirm the applicable rate at the time of booking.
